Code of Conduct

Respectful communication

Treat clients, guests, celebrants, and AKopi staff with courtesy. Harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, hateful language, or repeated abusive messages are not allowed.

Accurate event information

Provide correct names, dates, locations, contact details, and event instructions. Tell AKopi promptly when information changes, and do not impersonate another person or submit misleading requests.

Appropriate content

Photos, music, videos, messages, and other submissions must be suitable for the event and must not be illegal, threatening, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally harmful.

Do not upload spam, malicious files, or content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Consent and privacy

Only share personal information, photos, recordings, and private messages when you have permission to do so. A parent or legal guardian must authorize content involving a child.

Do not copy, publish, or misuse private RSVP details, tribute messages, guest submissions, passwords, or access PINs.

Responsible account and guest use

Keep account credentials and protected-page PINs private. Do not attempt to access another client's dashboard, bypass security, disrupt the website, or use automated tools to send unwanted requests or messages.

Clients should review guest submissions responsibly and help maintain a welcoming event page.

How AKopi responds

AKopi may review or remove content, limit messages, suspend account or event-page access, or refuse service when these guidelines are violated. Serious safety concerns or unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Whenever practical, AKopi will explain the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
