Important: Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Every project is subject to review and written confirmation from AKopi.
Requests and approval
Clients must provide complete and accurate contact, event, and project details. AKopi may contact you to confirm information, availability, and requirements before approving the request.
Content and responsibilities
You are responsible for checking all names, dates, locations, links, photos, music, and messages before approval. You confirm that you have permission to use and publish everything you provide, including content involving children or other guests.
AKopi may decline or remove content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or violates another person’s rights.
Page changes and client accounts
Clients may update supported fields through their dashboard. You may also ask AKopi to make changes for you; the scope and payment terms for that work will be confirmed before it begins.
Keep your username, password, and private event PIN secure. Contact AKopi promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment instructions and project requirements will be confirmed directly after approval. Keep your payment confirmation for your records.
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed according to the work already completed and applicable consumer law. Contact AKopi as early as possible if your plans change.
Privacy and personal information
Information submitted through the website is used to review requests, communicate with clients, provide event page features, protect accounts, and coordinate the service. Request details may be sent to AKopi’s private Telegram group for authorized administrators.
AKopi does not sell personal information. Contact us if you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Service use and availability
AKopi aims to keep event pages accurate, secure, and available. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet problems, third-party services, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
AKopi retains ownership of its platform code, templates, branding, and reusable design components. Clients retain ownership of the original content they provide.
Agreement and contact
By submitting a request, approving a project, or using an AKopi event page, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
