We collect only the information needed to review requests, prepare event pages, manage accounts, and provide guest features. This may include:

• Client name, email address, mobile number, and messages
• Event type, date, location, guest count, and other event details
• Photos, music, names, greetings, and other content supplied for an event page
• Guest RSVP details, attendance choices, messages, and submitted memories
• Account and form-security information needed to protect the service

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review event requests, create and maintain event pages, provide client dashboards, manage RSVPs and messages, secure accounts, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal duties.

We process information when needed to take steps requested by you, perform our agreement, obtain consent where required, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate service and security interests.

Who may receive information

Access is limited to authorized AKopi administrators and, for guest submissions, the client responsible for the relevant event page. Client and demo requests may send the submitted name, email address, mobile number, event details, and message to AKopi’s private Telegram group so authorized administrators can respond.

We may also use service providers for website operation, data storage, and communication, or disclose information when required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Retention and security

Inquiries, event records, and account information are normally kept for up to two years after the last relevant interaction or event-page activity, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for legal, transaction, security, or dispute records.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to limit unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send banking passwords, account PINs, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through website forms.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about processing, access your information, correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, request erasure or blocking, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Guest and child information

Clients are responsible for having permission to provide and publish another person’s information. A parent or legal guardian must authorize content involving a child. Guests should submit only information they are comfortable sharing with the event client.

Cookies and external services

The website may use essential session cookies for form security and account access. Links or embedded services from other providers, including Facebook, Google Fonts, and Telegram, follow their own privacy practices.
